Welcome to Adele Croft’s World of MM Romance
I write MM mafia romance about power, obsession, and men who don’t pretend love is gentle.
My stories live in the space where violence and devotion overlap—where control is intimacy, loyalty is chosen, and desire is dangerous. I’m drawn to morally gray men, unbalanced power dynamics, and relationships forged under pressure rather than safety.
The Underboss is the first book in my debut series, The Calderone Syndicate, a dark romance world built on blood ties, brutal choices, and devotion that refuses to be clean. Expect explicit heat, slow-burn obsession, and emotional stakes that escalate alongside the violence.
I don’t write soft love stories.
I write stories where love costs something—and the men who pay it don’t regret the price.
When I’m not writing, I’m usually deep in research, aesthetics, or plotting the next way to ruin my characters before putting them back together again.
Welcome to the syndicate.

About Adele Croft
Hi, I’m Adele Croft.
I write dark MM mafia romance—stories rooted in power, obsession, and devotion that isn’t safe, gentle, or easily earned. My work explores morally gray men, unbalanced power dynamics, and relationships forged under pressure rather than comfort.
I’m drawn to characters who make brutal choices and live with them. Men who rule, men who resist, and men who discover that love—real love—often costs blood, loyalty, and control. Expect explicit heat, slow-burn obsession, and emotional stakes that rise alongside the danger.
My current work is centered in The Calderone Syndicate, a dark romance series where loyalty is currency, power is intimacy, and devotion can look violent from the outside while feeling inevitable within. These stories don’t flinch from darkness, and they don’t apologize for it.
As a bisexual woman, I’m deeply committed to writing MM romance with authenticity and intention. While my stories are gritty and unapologetically intense, they’re also grounded in emotional truth—connection, choice, and the quiet moments that bind two men together when the world is burning around them.
When I’m not writing, I’m usually buried in research, aesthetics, or plotting new ways to ruin my characters before putting them back together again.
Thank you for being here.
